-Duluth - Too far off after being at Vermillion?
-Coffman Memorial Union - New facility (Preferred Choice). Tara is serving as conference chair.

Reviewed Selection of the Regional Director operation procedures:
-No changes needed to policy at current time

College Bowl
-Will be held next Friday and Saturday @ Macalester
-St Thomas, SD School of Mines and Tech, USD, Mac, NDSU, U of M
-Possible to go to UNI next year?
-$600 entry fee
-Try to get more school involved; New marketing plan.
-Tools for next step, to get schools on the fence to commit to college bowl.
-Need 1 person on campus trying to make it work.
-College bowl expensive but run as a program it is very affordable.
-Look at giving a grant for $300(the initial fee) for a commitment of 2 or 3 years.

2003 Conference:
-Went over minutes from last meeting
-Theme "Little Union on the Prairie, Wilder than you Think!"

Keynote Ideas:
-Billy Mills, Native American Olympian
-Ed Council lunch
-Functional topic tables
-E-mail for top 5 topics in area, to find out from members what they want to talk about.
-Introduce to ED councils at the opening of the lunch

Discussed Thomas asking University of Manitoba if they would be interested in hosting summer leadership team meeting in July in order to reconnect with Canadian member in the Region 10. Thomas will pursue.
