Welcome to Region 10

About Region 10

The Association of College Unions International (ACUI) is a nonprofit educational organization founded in 1914 consisting of nearly 1,000 member institutions worldwide from urban and rural campuses, four-year and two-year schools, large universities, and small colleges. ACUI is divided into 16 geographical regions, each with its own regional representative. This regional structure encourages the participation of students as well as union staff in ACUI programs, activities and leadership positions. Through regional committees, conferences and newsletters, students and staff learn about the role of the college union on campus and share in fulfilling that role. ACUI and its member institutions common goal is to help college unions improve their programs and services and to be effective contributors to individual growth and development.

Region 10 is made up of members from the States of Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and the Canadian Provinces of Manitoba and Western Ontario. With nearly 50 member Institutions, Region 10 has a strong network of individuals with expertise in the areas of leadership development, service learning, event programming, marketing and promotion, recreation, technology, food service, and operations management.

ACUI Central Office

The Central Office is a busy place, representing the hub of ACUI activities throughout the year. We couldn't do what we do without our volunteers, and our staff puts a lot of time and energy into supporting those volunteers and providing the resources our members find so valuable.
